Nail Maintenance Club —2 types

Spa Touch's clients deserve to enjoy special perks, I have created 3 monthly maintenance membership programs for you. When you join the maintenance membership program you will enjoy a monthly pedicure and manicure service, these services maybe done at the same time or split into 2 appointments. Your appointment(s) must be booked on-line through the appointment portal on the main page..

As a member, you will also receive a special member discount 5% off any products, and one polish change on hands or feet per month(Nail Polish). How it works:

Sign up as a member in the salon.
Plan #1 Pay $48 per month via debit or credit card of your choice, for your manicure and pedicure(nail polish) services.
Plan #2 Pay $58 per month via debit or credit card of your choice, for your manicure with gel polish and pedicure(nail polish)services.
Plan #3 Pay $74 per month via debt or credit card of your choice, for you structured gel manicure and pedicure(nail polish) services.
Repairs done within the first 3 days will be no charge after that it will be $10 per nail.
Receive a monthly manicure and pedicure service any add ons will be charged accordingly.
If you are unable to come in for your monthly appointment your monthly charge will be rolled over to the next month.
If you miss 2 months of services without notification your credit card charges will be suspended until you catch your appointments up and at that point you will no longer be enrolled in the maintenance program and will pay full price for future services with me.
You must sign up for a minimum of 3 months and can cancel at any time after that with written notification.

*Please note that membership credits cannot be used towards gratuity, sales tax, or group event deposits.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can't make it in to use my monthly credit?
No worries! If you don't use your credit this month, it will roll over to the next, so you can use it when you have time!

What if I need to cancel my membership?
If, for any reason, you need to your membership, simply let me know via e-mail, If you want to cancel your membership after 3 month notify me in writing in an email and I will stop the monthly membership charges. Any credit you have accumulated over the length of your membership will remain available for you to use.

*Please note that your rolled over credits never expire, but your membership may be frozen after 2 months of inactivity by Spa Touch LLC to prevent over-accrual. The promotional value of any accumulated services and or retail/product stops at the time of membership pause/cancellation; however, any prepaid unused membership fees remain as a credit for future services at our regular price or any future price increase.

Terms of Membership
The holder of any Nail Maintenance Program will receive a membership contract authorizing me to charge your card $45/$55 monthly that is the property of Spa Touch. You can give any credit to someone in the form of a refillable gift card.

If a Gift Card is loss it will result in a replacement fee of $10. No refunds will be given for partial or full use of membership benefits. Cancellation is effective on day requested and does not warrant a refund for past fees; therefore, please make sure to alert me of any cancellation requests prior to your renewal date.

Please review Spa Touch's appointment cancellation policy. Last minute cancellations will be charged thru your credit as my policy states. By signing up for and purchasing a membership at Spa Touch, LLC, you hereby authorize Spa Touch, LLC to charge your monthly membership fee on the day of renewal to the debit/credit card used at the time of purchase. Acceptance of this agreement and purchase of the membership stands as signature for all current and future charges until membership is canceled.
